Description

The t-shirt quilt listed is a sample and is not the quilt for sale. You get a customized t-shirt quilt 72"x54" made with your t-shirts. This is a great gift for a graduate, retiree, world traveler, etc! Make something beautiful and useful out of old, special t-shirts!

The quilt requires 15-20 t-shirts that can vary in size as seen on the sample quilt. I reinforce the t-shirt fabric so you can even use older, worn-out shirts. You choose the shirts, mail them to me, and I'll choose fabric per your color specifications. The sample quilt is made using t-shirts from high school, so fabrics were chosen based on the high school's colors. Each border around the t-shirts is edged with a fun stitch, as seen in the pictures. Stitch patterns can vary from quilt to quilt.

The quilt will be machine quilted. Machine quilted quilts are durable and give a more finished look. If you'd rather have it tied with yarn, a less expensive and more casual choice, check my shop for that option at a different price. (Please note that the picture does not show a finished quilt, just the top.)

Please allow 3-4 weeks for me to finish this quilt after I receive the t-shirts.
